This year’s recital is being given by Rachel Mahon

Rachel Mahon is Director of Music at Coventry Cathedral. Previously she was Organ Scholar at St Paul’s Cathedral – the first female organist in the cathedral’s 1400-year history.
She combines life as a cathedral musician with a busy international recital schedule and some recent concerts have taken her to the Walt Disney Concert Hall; Oklahoma City; Vienna; Wϋrzburg and Essen in Germany; Adelaide and Sydney in Australia; and a triumphant performance of the Saint-Saëns Organ Symphony in the 2025 BBC Proms.
The programme will include works by Herbert Howells, Gerald Bales, J.S. Bach, Marcel Dupré, Rachel Laurin and Healey Willan.
