Orchestra of the Swan’s innovative new series of chamber concerts, the Sheep Street Sessions feature a maximum of five of the Swan’s principal players.

It takes its name from the street in which the Town Hall stands. The site of one of Stratford’s markets from the mid 13th century, Sheep Street is deeply embedded in the town’s mythology and culture. The exquisite Town Hall, with its beautiful acoustics and central location, is the ideal venue to experience performances of the highest quality in an intimate setting.

Celebrate the Orchestra with the Friends’ Soirée this year, combined with the launch of the new Sheep Street Sessions – a magical, blended musical journey. Bohemian Rhapsody is a tantalising exploration of the Czech spirit through its diverse musical heritage, ranging from the folk songs of Bohemia and Moravia to the works of Smetana, Dvořák, Janáček and Martinů.
