The Ivy Coming this Autumn - Stratford Upon Avon

This September, The Ivy Collection will open its first Warwickshire brasserie in the heart of historic Stratford-upon-Avon. Set to be the 47th restaurant in the Collection, the brasserie promises to bring its signature blend of high-quality food, exceptional service and elegant all-day dining experience to the town centre.

Just a short walk from the Royal Shakespeare Theatre, the new Brassiere joins a flourishing food and drink scene, offering sophisticated all-day dining, seven days a week. From leisurely breakfasts and brunches to indulgent evening dining, the restaurant will create a vibrant and welcoming experience with seating for 154 diners. An outdoor terrace, with seating for 12 additional guests, will also provide the perfect space for alfresco drinks and dining.

Featuring the signature dishes that have made The Ivy Collection the must-visit dining destination across the UK, The Ivy Stratford-upon-Avon Brasserie will serve an extensive menu of timeless classics and seasonal specials, with something to delight every palate. A dedicated pre-theatre menu will cater to those heading to nearby performances, while expertly crafted cocktails, a carefully curated wine list, and a selection of beers and spirits complete the offering.

At the helm will be General Manager Richard Chiswell and Head Chef Marc Chiong. Both with previous experience at The Ivy Temple Row Brasserie in Birmingham, Marc and Richard bring with them extensive culinary expertise and an innate understanding of the craftsmanship, creativity and attention to detail that define The Ivy Collection.

The Ivy Stratford-upon-Avon Brasserie will also create more than 100 new local jobs, supporting the Warwickshire hospitality sector and wider community.
