The Association of Woodturners of Great Britain (AWGB) is holding it’s next Festival of Woodturning at the Crowne Plaza hotel in Stratford-upon-Avon on Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th October 2026. There will be a rotating schedule of demonstrations from the following professional wood turners: Katie Armstrong (UK), Ruby Cler (Canada), Emma Cook (UK), Chris Fisher (UK), Phil Irons (UK), Emmet Kane (Ireland), Ronald Kanne (Netherlands), Stuart Mortimer (UK), Pascal Oudet (France) and Tomislav Tomasic (Croatia). There will also be trade stands and an exhibition which is open to the public with the opportunity to get involved with wood turning on the day and afterwards with the local Heart of England Woodturning Club.
