Giggling Squid began in 2002 when founders Andy and Pranee opened their first restaurant in Brighton. Since then, it has grown into a franchise with over 50 locations across the United Kingdom, offering a mix of traditional and modern Thai dishes. The restaurant aims to create a lively and informal dining experience, reflecting the energetic nature of Thai mealtimes.
