Stratford-on-Avon District Council provides twelve car parks with more than 2,800 parking spaces in Stratford-upon-Avon town centre . There are signs on all approach roads and throughout the town to guide you to the council's car parks.
Two of the car parks in Stratford-upon-Avon (Bridgeway Multi-Storey Car Park and the adjacent Bridgeway Surface Car Park ) have an Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) Barrier System in place - please see these car parks' individual pages for more information.
All the other council car parks are pay and display, which means you have to buy a ticket on arrival and display it clearly in your vehicle. Charges apply 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
