Posture and Poise began in August 2021, when Gemma Sizer and Kate Robbins brought their two therapy businesses together. By combining their strengths, they were able to add yoga, fitness, and other wellness services to their existing offering and move into larger premises at 36 Greenhill Street, Stratford-upon-Avon.
In 2023, Rachel joined the team as Senior Sports Massage Therapist, helping to grow the remedial side of the clinic and that same year, Posture and Poise received a “Highly Recommended Award” from Fresha, after reaching over 1,000 glowing five-star reviews.
The business expanded again in 2024 with the addition of a second location in Brailes, Oxfordshire, and the launch of The Barn Wellbeing Centre.
By the end of the 2024, Posture and Poise had won the Customer Experience Award at the Stratford-upon-Avon Business Awards, and had been featured in Woman’s Weekly and The Times Newspaper in early 2025.
